2. Hosting and server logs

This website runs on a server provided by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus), located in Lithuania (EU), under a data processing agreement. When you visit the site, the web server processes technically necessary data (in particular your IP address) solely to deliver the page. No access logs are stored for this website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (delivering and securely operating the website).

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing tools and loads no third-party content (including no external fonts).

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.

5. Shopify app

If you use the free AI Readiness Check, you are taken to app.finduly.com, where the domain you enter is fetched and checked. The privacy policy of the app applies there and to the Shopify app.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Where we process data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority competent for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
